Customer Reviews

Wonderful staff

I had the opportunity to interact with the staff at Precious Care Assisted Living in Concord and was incredibly impressed at everyone's willingness to help me - they all went above and beyond to assist.

A Good Place

For the past six months, my 88 year old mother has been living at Precious Care. Evert time I visit, I am impressed by how gently and with care the residents are treated by the staff. It is a small, communal based type of facility forming a family like atmosphere. Staff freely interact with the residents: have sing along on a piano and even have outings in the summer time to local community concerts. Since coming to Precious Care, my mother's physical strength has improved, has gained some weight and is overall stronger and happier. Since we live out of town, we feel she is in good hands and is well looked after.

Highly Recommend

Great facility with caring and empathetic owner and staff My uncle has been with Precious Care for a year and a half. The owner and staff treat my uncle and my family as if we are family and have always gone over and above to meet our needs. Precious care has a homelike atmosphere which is kept neat and clean and has a large common living room for the residents to sit together and visit and/or watch television together. If you're lucky you may even catch the owner taking requests and playing them on the piano!! There is also a quaint screened in porch to be enjoyed on pleasant weather days. I highly recommend this facility for your loved one.

Love the home! The staff is caring and treat the residents with respect. They direct everyone's needs individually and treat them as if they're family.

Friendly and kind.

We had looked at many facilities and decided on this small, kind, and friendly place that cares for less than 20 residents. My wife found this wonderful home for her older brother three years ago. It was so nice that when my mother had developed full blown dementia that we decided to put her in their care also. The staff treats the residents with care and respect. They take the time to make all as comfortable as possible. I had never seen any resident being handled in a rough manner. They have an open door policy where family and friends are always welcomed. I would recommend Precious Care to anyone who is looking for a home style environment as oppose to the larger institutionalized facilities.

AVOID unless you really need a final resting place for you loved one to die

This place is CHEAP! REALLY CHEAP and you get what you pay for! The food is completely processed. The meds are changed and slowly they introduce meds that make them sleepy.I feel they are crooks and where you would get a MD to stand up in court against a asssi-living facility ?? good luck. My parent was there briefly I monitored the food and filthy bed and bath facilities and they were terrible. IT seemed that the help was constantly changing and on and on.

Loved the facility. We met the staff and toured the facility. There is enough staff to where there is not just one person available to care for the residents. Place is clean and orderly! Currently no room available.

I toured this facility. It was clean and didn't smell. The grounds and driveway was nice and I'm sure could have accomdated mom. The room was smaller than what she has here and there wasn't any bathroom facilities in the room. The nearest one was located around the corner in one direction or a short way down the hall in the other drection. I don't think at the present time this would work for mom - she goes to the bathroom frequently and I forgot to ask how many people share the bathroom.

Met with director. PT and OT available onsite. Converted family home, 10-13 residents, fully wheelchair accessible, rooms are avg house bedroom size. Felt like living with roommates in an extended family situation. The residents were outgoing, alert and all women. close quarters. Common area & dining only slightly larger than an average suburb home.
