Customer Reviews

$5500-9K depending on care assessment; beautiful yards. Shared bath; not so clean. Activities
2nd property nicer, newer

Great meal options and daily routines. Routine Dr. visits. [Name removed] seems very friendly and attentive to needs of elderly in her care.

Kind, caring , knowledgable staff

When we needed a smaller location providing more specific kind of care for Mom, we toured several AFH in the area. Cedar View/Happy Days was welcoming, and able to provide the care we are hoping for as long as we need this support for Mom. Communication is good with care givers and medical professionals, and access for visiting is outstanding.

Mom is nor ever has been at Cedar View. She is at Happy Days which is owned by the same person. I have mixed reviews. The house is clean but I feel for what I am paying is under manned. My mom hasn’t been a model tenant to say the least but I feel that the home should be better prepared in dealing with her needs. They have threatened to kick her out several times. If this happens I don’t know what I will do.

Loved the feel of the house immediately. Single story with a great room concept. Didn't feel like it was closed off. The bedroom was larger than most and we are able to bring in his own furniture to make it his own. This is where we decided that would be the best for our Dad.

Great Care

We are very happy with the care that is received here in this community. The staff team is very friendly and helpful. They offer a lot of great activities. The food is very good. We are happy with the care given here and would recommend other families to see this community for the care for a loved one.

As a professional in the senior care industry I have extremely high standards for Adult Family Homes. I was very pleased with meeting the owner, Gina. She was professional, courteous, and kind. She obviously cares very much for the residents and hires caregivers that do the same. I would easily recommend this adult family home.

From the Community

Cedar View Adult Family Home's live-in Resident Manager. The Provider, Margaret holds a Bachelor's degree in social work and her primary goal is caring for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each resident at Cedar View. She and her husband, Chris, offer high quality care to seniors.

For most adults, maintaining the highest level of independence possible is an important consideration. There are times, however, when it may become necessary to seek a supervised, supportive living environment in order to ensure safety and the availability of needed supportive services.

Cedar View provides affordable, accessible 24-hour AWAKE personalized care in a loving family environment. Services are customized to meet each resident's needs.

Extra Touches: Cedar View pays special attention to the "little things" that are very important in establishing a strong, compatible relationship. The love and support of each resident's family cannot be totally replaced; however, our "extended family" provides residents with loving support and socialization, while retaining privacy and the highest level of independence possible.
