Customer Reviews

I visited this facility yesterday 1/13/2016. The building is very dirty which I noticed the minute I got to the entrance.

Inside was not much better. The residents were not taken care of. Many sitting in wheelchairs drugged. On the 2nd floor where dementia patients are kept they were lined up in the hallway for medication. A few of the staff were running around but there was not adequate numbers for the population.

The city and state should be more concerned about the facilities that we put our elderly and veterans in. They should visit these facilities and ensure that people are getting their monies worth. I could not imagine what they are charging $1000.00 move in fee.

Bristol Court is the most disgusting ALF in the county. I'm completely shocked! Here's a little insider.. The "doctor" the runs the place is Dr. Do Nothing. He pops his head in every once in while. His mother actually tries to run the place. They hire "CNA"? No, they hire anyone who applies because they go through so many people. The aids sleep while on the clock at night. Just last week they let someone ill just leave who wasn't supposed to. They treat their residents like trash. Please, I beg of you, do not place a loved one there. They will not be cared for.

what a dump.. i wouldnt put my loved one here unless i hated them.

We are happy

Hey There.

This is a well located facility.

I had to emergently place my uncle.

Staff was nice, friendly. This is an uncomfortable and confusing situation so it was nice to have help.

They were very helpful in arranging his personal needs, meds, etc.

He has been there a while and is enjoying it. We are happy.

Nice place. Nice staff.

Nice Facility - Great Staff

Nice Facility.

We have had our mother their for over 8 months now.

Staff seems very caring and loving.

Facility is in nice location, near Clearwater and St. Pete.

We are happy with our decision.

We recently decided to place our mother in this facility after reading nice reviews online and taking two tours.

We were impressed with the staff overall and their openness. The admission process was helpful.

Staff seems caring and stable and the move has gone actually better than expected.

Good Location, Good Service

We were happy with our decision regarding Bristol Court. It was easy to get to and our aunt lives close by so she could visit frequently. Service was nice and we were impressed that the facility handled most of the chores we were struggling to fit in the sched.Take Care

They seemed on top of things at first but then I noticed some turmoil due to staff changes. Activities were very poor and the residents have too much time alone and unsupervised. Food seemed good and security OK. Would actually not recommend it for long term care.

Recent Move! Nice facility.

We are impressed and very happy with our selection of facility.

As a family, we spent almost 5 1/2 months touring other ones and finally chose Bristol CT

The facility is clean and has two floors.

Happy facility. Nice place.

Nice facility.

Handles residents with memory loss and dementias.

Seem to be very friendly staff and know how to respond appropriately to those residents.

We enjoyed our tour.

We were helped many times during our tour and offered an opportunity to ask questions. Many of which were unanswered.

Good Services. Good Location

I would recommend this facility.

It met the needs for our family member.

Location is nice, Yes.

We are happy with the care and activities.

Nice Facility. Clean. Central Location.

I had to place my uncle after a few months of trying it at home.

Even with home health care, it was becoming too difficult to manage (and expensive).

The facility is quite nice, accepts medicaid and was helpful.

Staff seems friendly and when i visit, he seems happy.

Fair community

The activities were minimal. We only used this community for a short stay. Everything was fine. We were satisfied with the services we received.

It’s pathetic how they treat people in that place. My loved one needed medication administrations. They left his medication and he saved it up. This is a perfectly dreadful place. Please be careful when considering this community for a loved one.

Nice Facility, Great Staff, Best Food!

Moved our mom into the facility almost one year ago.

Facility is clean - We LOVE the receptionist and Nurse!

We visit very often - mostly without notice. Soon, we will be moving in Dad.

Mom was never a big eater at home - but she loves the food at Bristol Court.

Hope this helps!

Toured last week. I will be...

Toured last week. I will be able to add more after seeing others to compare it too but the staff were very friendly and staff were responsive and caring to pt requestst. Great garden area outside. Has smoking gazebo for those who want it. Very big family style feeling.

Excellent Facility!

This facility is great!

We placed our father there almost a year ago and are very happy.

Very nice care givers and staff goes out of their way.

Gazebo in the back is beautiful! Dad loves to go outside and has a lot of VA buddies.

Bristol Court

This place is a disaster. They are only out for the money. It is dirty, smells, poorly staffed and a rip off!
