Family Support Circle, Inc - McDonough, GA

Family Support Circle, Inc. (FSC), provides Nursing Skill Care, Personal Support Services (Personal Care & Companion/Sitter) and in-home respite services to children, adults ages 18+ & elderly with Special Needs and other physical disabilities who live in their own homes, in family home setting or foster care homes. Family Support Circle, Inc. does provide these services to medically frail individuals who have conditions including, but not limited to, frequent seizures, uncontrolled diabetes, quadriplegia or bed sores.

Family Support Circle, Inc. provides both long-term, ongoing services and short-term and/or intermittent services.

When services are funded through the MRWP waiver, individual Service Plans will reflect the Plan. All services are designed to protect the health and safety and to support each person in achieving personal goals.
