ComForCare Home Care Senior Services - Matawan, NJ

ComForcare Senior Services - North Monmouth is part of the ComForcare national organization that serves North Monmouth county, New Jersey. We are a bonded, licensed and insured Home Health Care Provider. We will place companions and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) for companion and personal care in the home.

Before joining ComForcare all companions, CHHA and RNs must pass a national test for ethics and professionalism, and National League of Nursing Home Health Aide test. All employees have certification, full criminal, sex offender, SSN, and MVR background checks performed and are drug tested. A minimum of two references are required. If the applicant is qualified they will receive orientation in ComForcare processes and procedure, ambulatory training, earlier Alzheimer detection and OSHA bloodborne pathogen training.

Home Companions - Perform but not limited to, light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation to doctor appointments, grocery shopping or general appointments and activities, medicine reminders, assistance with daily activities such as gardening, sorting mail, playing cards, etc.

Home Health Aides Personal Care - In addition to all activities a Home Companion perform a Home Health Aide will assist with but not limited to, bathing, showering and all personal hygiene, work with clients in early stages of Alzheimer. assist clients in Physical Therapy with Range of Motion exercises, assist physicians in monitoring intake and output as well as vital signs and diabetic testing results.

Live In Caregivers - A live in can be a companion or Home Health Aide depending on the needs of the client.

Transportation Visits - This service is primarily for transition from hospital or rehab to home. Services provided are but not limited to meeting the
