At the Ponderosa Apartments Bldg 2 there will be over 400 units that are set aside for senior living. They can choose from one or two bedroom units that are spacious and allow them to live decently. They will also be able to have the care that they need when they require it. Living at the Ponderosa Apartments Bldg 2 is very economical for seniors because they will be able to pay rent based on their income. The rent includes the utilities, such as heat, electricity, trash pick up and water. They are able to live independently from others but there is also quite a bit of interaction with the other residents if they wish to make friends with them.
