Help at Home So You Can Stay at Home Routine daily activities can become more challenging as we age. Monarch Senior Care is the perfect solution for seniors and others who aren't ready to leave their homes for an institutional setting or live with relatives, but because of illness or chronic conditions need support to remain at home. We improve your life by providing compassionate, one-on-one care in the comfort of your own home. Monarch brings the help to you, in your home. Friends and family can’t always be there, so there’s Monarch Senior Care. We’re just a call away.

How is Monarch Different?

No One Does More to Ensure Your Safety Your safety is our first concern. We realize that opening your home to a stranger and entrusting them with your care can cause concerns. That’s why every Monarch employee is subject to the following screening process as part of joining the Monarch team.

- Personal References Check - Drug Screening - Professional References Check - Fingerprinting - Criminal Background Check - Random Drug Testing - Motor Vehicle Violation Record Check - Proof of Insurance Our screening process is more costly and time-consuming than our competition, but in the end we believe it provides higher caliber employees. All employees are insured and bonded.

Training and Certification It’s not enough to have found the right person for the job. Training is critical to delivering the kind of service you expect. All new Monarch employees are required to successfully complete our initial training courses developed by renowned author and expert on senior care, Celi Adams RN, ONC. Training doesn’t end there. As a condition of hire, our Caregivers are also required to pursue the CCA (Certified Companion Aide) training and certification. They must begin the training within 30 days of hire and are expected to pass the tests within 90 days after that. Training continues when the Caregiver is assigned to a client.
