Business hours for each of the Washington DC Social Security Administration field offices are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with Wednesday’s hours listed as 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Contact options include the standard toll-free number, which is (800)-772-1213, and the TTY/TDD phone number, which is (800) 325-0778. Phone representatives are available to answer questions Monday through Friday during the hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
