Golden Age Centers offer a spectrum of fitness classes for older adults. Stretch out your limbs with some light chair aerobics, strengthen your muscles on group walks, or get your heart pumping with some high-intensity line dancing classes. GenerationOne also offers a range of senior exercise programs, including Yoga, Tai Chi, and Line Dancing.
