The VA Palo Alto Health Care System – San Jose Clinic: As part of the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, the San Jose Clinic is located at 80 Great Oaks Boulevard. As a medical clinic provided by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, veterans can receive care for things like PTSD, substance abuse, optometry, occupational therapy, and more at the San Jose Clinic.
