Back to Work 50+, which is powered by the National Able Network, is an effort between this organization and the AAR to help mature job hunters who are between the ages of 50 and 65. The service connects seniors with support, training, information and access to employers looking for mature workers. The team will help job searchers update their strategies when it comes to hunting for a job and prepare them for the interview process as well as networking.
