This specialized training encompasses the person who may suffer with dementia to be included in their choice of daily living activities. His experience also includes 2 years in a large 180 bed facility where he was Director of the dementia unit. He encourages phone calls as he is a great resource in this field.
His staff of which go through 40 hours of initial training and on going training in VALIDATION, are crucial part of the daily living activities of residents.
