The northern part of Las Vegas is more well-known as an area for gay residents, simply because they can live the lifestyle easily in this area thanks to the many gay clubs and bars. Sahara Avenue is especially gay-friendly, with two separate gay bars available on the street. One is on the west side and the other is on the east.

East Flamingo Road is another hotspot for gays, with a casual gay bar located there. Atria Sutton is located nearby, a senior living facility that provides the opportunity for older LGBT citizens to have fast access to a local meetup spot.

Heritage Springs is another senior living option. It is located on West Flamingo Road. A game room with a billiards table, an arts and crafts area, a common area with a TV, an outdoor common area, and much more are included in this location. Residents can enjoy their time indoors before heading out on the town and experiencing the many gay-friendly offerings.
