Friends for Life is a privately run limited intake animal rescue organization. They pride themselves on not euthanizing any animal they take in. If you feel this is an important mission to perform for animal welfare, then Help for Friends can use your help.

Friends for Life has a high need for dog and cat caregivers, adoption counselors, and fundraising team members. They require that you commit to at least four hours per month, attend training as necessary and pay a $15 fee to cover the cost of a volunteer t-shirt, name tag and training materials.

Be a Part of the Gilbert Community Emergency Response Team

The Gilbert Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) was developed to help people to help themselves in the aftermath of a disaster. Volunteer for Gilbert CERT to help ensure the elderly have appropriate fire safety measures in place, take part in disaster simulations, and supplement the staffing at special events.
