Whether you’re someone who craves the hustle and bustle of city life, the quiet peace of suburbia, or the understated luxury of golf course living, Dayton has neighborhoods throughout the city that offer it all.

The historic Dayton neighborhood

The Dayton Oregon Historic District is rich with history as it is with living options. Situated between Wayne Avenue and Patterson Boulevard, the neighborhood is recognized as a gem by a number of organizations. The National Register of Historic Places says it’s a "historic place worthy of preservation,” and the American Planning Association recognizes East Fifth Street as one of the five “Great Streets” in America. East Fifth Street runs right through the Oregon District. Homeowners in the area are part of a tight-knit community, and also have easy access to the many shops, boutiques, and fine dining options in the area.
