Instead, locals in Atlanta know of numerous locations where tourists are rarely seen. These community preferences include hair salons, shopping centers, and restaurants.

Eating in Atlanta

Local Three Kitchen and Bar has hand-crafted furniture where patrons can comfortably sit and enjoy a meal. Creative cocktails are served, as well as a menu full of New American fare. The warm atmosphere is inviting and relaxed. The restaurant is open daily for dinner, on weekdays for lunch, and offers brunch on Sundays. The bar is open daily at 4 p.m.

Lots of locals head to Pub 71 on Thursday nights for Dirty South Trivia. Every Thursday at 9, the fun begins. During the week, diners can head to the pub from 4 p.m. until 1 a.m. for a hot meal and cold drink. Longer hours are available on the weekends. Burgers are a speciality at the pub, with the option to add a fried egg to any one of them. The Southern fried chicken and biscuits are another popular menu option, as well as the mac and cheese platter that can have bacon, chicken, or steak added to it.
