It can be a little difficult to find a geriatric practitioner because you can’t always look at the geriatric department of any hospital. The best way is to ask trusted friends and family in your neighborhood if they have any recommendations and to use sites like HealthinAging.org that have a geriatric practitioner search tool. US News and World Report also has a doctor finder on their website that can help you find geriatric care in your area.
