Smith Village, located in Chicago’s historic Beverly neighborhood, is a Life Plan Community, formerly called Continuing Care Retirement Community that’s backed by the strength and experience of Smith Senior Living.

Since 1924, Smith Village has served seniors in southwest Chicago and earned a reputation for outstanding care and service.
