About Bluegrass Assisted Living -Bardstown - Bardstown, KY
Bluegrass Assisted Living offers studio and one bedroom apartments, each with their own private bathroom complete with emergency pull cord. Each apartment also has a kitchenette in which we provide a small refrigerator and a microwave. Each apartment also has access to basic cable TV service at no extra charge. We provide 3 hot meals and snacks daily, along with planned activities. Bluegrass also provides housekeeping and laundry services as a part of the monthly fee. Respite care is also available. We are able to assist our residents with all Activities of Daily Living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and assisting with self-administration of medicine. We welcome Home Health Agencies and HOSPICE in our facility.
